This is a story about friendship between Angela and me, a story about Links of London.
The Christmas last year was a tough period of time for my family as my grandpa passed away just a few months before. Since grandma plunged into an involved melancholy after that, I decided to buy her a special Christmas gift to cheer her up. Grandma is a woman who cares much about her beauty, so I decided to by a jewelry for her. But, I was not sure which one I should buy when I face various of jewelries. Some of them are quite expensive while the one I can afford are usually not that good. So I wrote a text about how to buy grandma a perfect Christmas present on my blog and received lots of reviews. One of the messages, the one from Gillian, attracted my attention. She told me that her grandpa also passed away a few months ago, and she decided to buy her grandma a present after reading my blog.
Upon that we talk over what kind of jewelry to buy on the net everyday. Gradually, we found we had a lot in common, e.g. we both loved country music and detested rock music, we liked tomato and disliked mint. We confided to each other trouble and joy. Of course, we were both about to buy ornaments for our grandmothers. Finally, thanks to our exertions, we had found admirable ornaments. I have bought a necklace in links of London, and she has paid for a CHARM.
This Christmas is coming, and Gillian and I have known each other for a year, we became very good friends during the past year. We have already decided to meet before Christmas, and I have prepared a pair of links of London earrings as a Christmas gift for her. This Christmas Day must be very unforgettable.
